Ashley & Doug's E-session by Kalyn M.

Ashley & Doug ventured out to their Aunt's home in Brecksville with Kalyn M. for a snowy Saturday engagement session. It looks like they had tons of fun. And how brave were they to go outside in the snow with no coats? It makes me cold just looking at the photos...LOL.

Jen & Nate: November 20, 2010

Jamie, Kalyn and I had the pleasure of photographing Jen & Nate's Wedding. I've been a fan of Jen Toohey on Q104 for quite a few years now so imagine my excitement when she and her now hubby, Nate, wanted me to photograph their Wedding?!

We started out the day at University Circle United Methodist Church. I had my first peek of Jen's dress which was just gorgeous. We then prepared our positions for the moment when Jen's Dad walked her down the aisle. It was wonderful. The ceremony was full of tears, laughter and all around joy. Nate & Jen are such a beautiful couple. They are so full of life and love for each other. It was a really amazing thing to see.

After some family photos at the church we moved to MLK Blvd to the Cultural Gardens to get some images before we lost all of our light. The Bridal Party was a blast. So we laughed the whole time. Then I seperated Jen & Nate from the crew for some more intimate images. Afterwards we joined everyone else on the bus and headed to the Mariott for the Reception.

Before heading in, we did a few more images around the outside and inside of the Mariott including some in the Bridal Room. Then I left Jen & Nate to have a few moments by themselves while I headed up to see how AMAZING the Ballroom was.

The reception was a blast. I definitely cried during Jen's Dad's toast. How could I not? And there were some other heartfelt toasts by the Maid of Honor and Best Man. Then Jen & Nate watched the fabulous video that SB Productions put together of their Proposal story during dinner. Afterwards we watched as they sweetly fed each other cake and then jumped headlong into their special dances. Jen & Nate had these little photo frames for their guests to put their photobooth images into. LOVED THEM. And a little later, a chocolate fountain appeared. It was such a fabulous night! I enjoyed every moment!

Thank you Jen & Nate for allowing us to be a part of such a fabulous and special night for you!

Christen & Larry's E-session

I was so excited to meet Larry for the first time and hang out with he and Christen. I definitely wasn't disappointed. They are two of the nicest, most down to earth people. And we had such a great time hanging out together.

We headed over to Edgewater Park to begin their session. A lot of the photos were taken in different sections of the Park. We briefly stopped at the studio to get more of an urban feel. And then after chatting for awhile in the parking lot, they went home. And I was left feeling totally stoked about photographing their upcoming Wedding. I absolutely love when I end a session feeling creative & invigorated. Thanks for a great time Christen & Larry!

Julie & Ryan's E-session

I joined Julie & Ryan to photograph their E-session in Little Italy. Al & Kim joined us from Video Memories Forever to video the experience. It was so much fun hanging out with everyone and enjoying the experience of creating together.

We stopped at Baricelli Inn which had important signifigance to the couple. Then we moved over to MLK Blvd for some cool stonework images. And finally we went to St. Ignatius where Ryan attended school.

It was such a blast. We laughed and had such a wonderful time. I can't wait to work with Kim & Al again. And I am so happy to be a part of Ryan & Julie's Wedding. Its going to be AWESOME!!!

Rachael & Glen: October 29, 2010

Brady & I joined Rachael & Glen out in Akron for their Wedding. The day started out with some family & party photos in the courtyard of the college. Then we moved into the Chapel for a beautiful ceremony in Reds & Golds. I loved the way Rachael & Glen glanced at each other throughout the ceremony. There were a lot of smiles.

We put in some time doing images out in the Courtyard before it was to dark. Then we moved onto Guys Party Center to celebrate.

The laughter flowed throughout the toasts. It was such a pleasure watching Rachael & Glen's first dance. And the dip was fabulous. Rachael's Dad grinned throughout the entire father/daughter dance. I think there might have been a few tears as well. Then Glen was smiling all throughout the mother/son dance. It was so beautiful. Then the party started.

It was such a great pleasure to participate in your Wedding Day. I loved getting to know you both. Thank you so much for allowing me to do your photos!

Jeremy & Stepfanie: October 23, 2010

Kalyn & I started out the day at Bethel Lutheran Church with Jeremy & Stepf. There was lots of nervous anticipation while waiting for the beginning of the service to start. Stepf was of course all smiles that day while Jeremy was out front giving everyone hugs as they came in. Such a cute couple!

Their ceremony was lovely as well as humorous in parts. The fall decorations were gorgeous. I especially loved the flowers on the ends of the pews. Stepfanie's face as she walked down the aisle was full of joy which met with Jeremy's huge smile.

In between we traveled to a few different locations around Cleveland like Edgewater & Browns Stadium. I even climbed into a huge bush of flowers to get the above Browns Stadium photo. Someone should have taken a photo of me getting in there...LOL

The we headed to Valley View for the reception where after the main things like toasts, cake cutting and dinner, everyone really got down on the dance floor. It was an exciting evening!

Thanks for making me a part of your day!!!!!
