Maura & I joined Shannon & John at
Squire's Castle. I always love shooting in this location and I was especially looking forward to a St. Patrick's Day Wedding. We had been stressed all week that it was going to be raining on Saturday but the day turned out perfectly! Just the right temp and just the right amount of blue sky. We had a wonderful surprise as we watched a Leprechaun walking down the aisle. Shannon & John were all smiles throughout the ceremony sharing lots of love and laughter with their guests. They excited with a Bagpiper in the lead. Pretty Awesome Day!
We hung around to do some fun images around the Castle. I just loved chatting and photographing this couple. They are so much fun and so sweet spirited. It was just a pleasure to be around them. I always LOVE my time with my clients on their special days!
Afterwards we headed over to
Capelli's over in Mentor. I photographed Shannon & John's rings while we were there. Shannon's ring is in the shape of a daisy. It is just so beautiful. There were some beautiful, funny toasts. A wonderful blessing and a gorgeous first dance. I always love when a couple decides to celebrate the couples who have been together for a long while by doing the Anniversary Dance. And then it was time to break out all the St. Patrick's Day hats, boas and glasses for dancing. Everyone had a blast!!
