Christen & Larry: August 6, 2011

Jamie & I joined Christen & Larry at the Parma Park Church of God for their Wedding Ceremony. Christen was all smiles as I hung out with her the Bridesmaids for some getting ready images. Then it was time to get down to business. Larry shed some tears as his Bride walked down the aisle. So sweet. And Christen was all smiles as he put the ring on her finger. After the first kiss, they came back down the aisle and greeted all their guests.

We headed to Wade Lagoon over in University Heights for some photos inbetween the ceremony & reception. We made it just in time because as we were leaving it began to rain. But Christen & Larry were troopers and we made it work!

After some photos, we headed to Deluca's Place in the Park for the Reception. The Bride & Groom started the evening off with a first dance. After a fabulous dinner, they cut the cake and got the party started. It was a great night!

I am so happy to have met and worked with both of you. I love the passion you have for each other. I wish you years of love and happiness!

Jen & Jonathan: July 30, 2011

Cyndi and I joined Jen at her home for a few Getting Ready images including her adorable doggie. So cute!

Then we moved to St Stanislaus for the ceremony. I absolutely adore this church. I think it is one of the most beautiful Catholic churches in Cleveland. After a lovely chat with the priest, we went to work documenting the beauty of St. Stanislaus. Jen was so lovely coming down the aisle with her Dad. And Jonathan was glowing as he watched her. It was such a wonderful moment. One of my favorite moments actually. They had a gorgeous ceremony followed by a bubble exit out the front of the church.

We then headed downtown to get creative with some shots of the Bridal Party behind the Cleveland Public Library. We strolled around the area with Jen & Jonathan photographing their love for each other. I just love the little nook beside the library. Its so cute.

Then we headed to Springvale Golf Course for a rockin good time. I absolutely adored that Jen & Jonathan had photo frames on each table with one photo of each of them in each frame. After some funny and heartfelt toasts, we all got down to dinner. We followed that up with a lovely cake smashing..HA! And then some dancing. There was even some wedding planking happening. Its the first and last time so far, I've seen planking at a Wedding...LOL. It was a blast!

Congratulations Jen & Jonathan! I've had so much fun getting to know you both. You are AWESOME!

Diana & Anthony's E-session

When I first met Anthony & Diana, I knew I wanted to do their Wedding immediately. They are such warm, friendly people. And to top it all off, we are all Libras. Personally I just love other Libras. :-)

We headed downtown on E. 4th to start out their e-session. It was very relaxed with a lot of joking and chatting. I just love getting to know my clients. Then we moved over to Edgewater. The water of course was a bit cold but I think they had a blast just enjoying each other's company. It was so much fun!

Jessica & Jeremy: July 23, 2011

Jamie & I joined Jessica & Jeremy at Gervasi Vineyard. Let me just say if you are looking for a venue, it is AMAZING!

I joined Jessica for some getting ready images before she & Jeremy saw each other for the first time. There was a perfect archway for their first meeting of the day. I adored Jeremy's face as he watched his Bride walk towards him. It was a beautiful moment!

Then we photographed all the formal & creative images before the ceremony. Its always wonderful to do this while everyone is fresh and excited at the beginning of the day. I certainly understand the tradition of seeing each other for the first time as your walking down the aisle. However, its a much more intimate moment when you see each other before the ceremony. :-)

I loved watching Jeremy & Jessica smile during the ceremony at each other. They were so cute. They had a funny moment when unfortunately the wind wouldn't let them get the Unity Candle lit. However they managed. And walked back down the aisle with huge smiles on their faces.

They had a really cool idea for the table cards. They tied them to a nice refreshing bottle of water which MOST of the guests seemed to have used. After their grand entrance, they giggled together as they cut the cake. Then after some very funny & heartfelt toasts by Jeremy's Dad and the couple's friend who got them together, they served barbecue. (Yummy!!) Then it was onto the party!

Congratulations Jessica & Jeremy! I had such a lovely time getting to know you both!

Ashley & Doug: August 6, 2011

Ashley and Doug were married on one of those hot, steamy summer days at the beginning of August. We had the threat of rain, but it held off just long enough for us to grab some awesome bridal party photos around Brecksville. The ceremony was followed by a great reception at Michaud's - where the theme was blue and zebra print, a pretty sweet combination! Ashley, Doug and their families/friends partied the night away in style and the love between all of them could really be felt in the personal touches throughout the day - like a Bruce Springsteen medley at the very end of the night! And a very big thank you to Catherine McKinley for assisting me :)
