The Columbi Family

I hung out at my in-laws farm recently with the Columbi Family. We bravely trekked through the mud to get these photos. I met Regina at her Sis's Wedding recently so I was thrilled to be able to work with Regina's Family. These folks are top notch people. The kids are a BLAST! I had so much fun hanging out with all of you!

Mary & Mena's E-session

I met Mary and immediately wanted to photograph her 2012 Wedding. She was just so naturally beautiful inside and out. So I was extremely excited to finally meet Mena.

We met in Chagrin Falls and explored up and down the little streets. I always find something new everytime I'm there. We laughed and had such a great time. It is always a wonderful experience when you create a rapport with your clients. They become friends instead of clients. And that is exactly how I feel about Mena & Mary. I can't wait til the Wedding!

Nikki & Rick's E-session

It was such a great time hanging out with Nikki & Rick at Edgewater and then Hanna Theatre. They actually visited Hanna Theatre on their first date. I love photographing clients in locations that mean something to them. Nikki & Rick both have such great senses of humor. I had a blast hanging out with and getting to know them! I can't wait to post the Wedding. :-)

Detzel Family

I had the most fun day hanging out with the Detzel Family. I met them at Patterson Farms which is out East. We basically played with the kids. They had a blast! Those are the BEST sessions. The kids are relaxed and you just photograph them having an amazing time. Everyone was full of smiles and laughter. I'm definitely looking forward to photographing them again when the new baby is born. :-)

August 27, 2011: Diana & Anthony

I have some amazing couples and Diana & Anthony are definitely in the amazing category. As soon as I met them, I adored them and couldn't wait to do their E-session and their Wedding!

We started out the day with Getting Ready sessions for both Diana & Anthony. There were lots of tears & laughter. It was wonderful to be there.

Then we moved to St Mary of the Falls Church. Diana was striking as she walked down the aisle with tears in her eyes. And Anthony's face was just full of love. There were lots of little touches and glances between the two of them. Looking at their images of this day reminded me why I love my career so much. After a big kiss, they followed the piper down the aisle.

After some formal images, we headed out to Olmsted Falls to do some fun stuff. As always there were about two other wedding parties already there. But that didn't stop us from getting some cool shots. The best part was that Anthony & Diana were willing to get a little wet. I definitely think the images were worth it.

Then we moved onto Weymouth Country Club. There were definitely some fun moments! The Best Man gave a lovely toast. He blew his nose on a terrible towel and then put on a Cleveland Browns shirt. Then Diana stole the towel. I'm pretty certain it showed up towards the end of the first dance too. A slideshow played during the first dance. Anthony & Diana showed us some of their moves. It was a lovely evening. And I'm so excited to have been a part of such an important day for Anthony & Diana!

August 7, 2011: Jennifer & Edgar

It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of Edgar & Jennifer's Wedding Day. They were going for a very intimate wedding with close family & friends only. The Wedding Party was made up entirely of their sisters, three on each side. And I just adored each and every one of them. We had such a fabulous time walking around University Circle.

The day started out at Amasa Stone Chapel which is one of my very favorite churches to photograph in. The lighting is spectacular and I love the old world vibe it gives off. As Jennifer walked down the aisle, Edgar teared up. You could see the unconditional love radiating from his face. It was such a beautiful ceremony to be involved with.

Afterwards, we walked around Amasa for photos. There is always a large amount of locations for photos. I was very inspired by the mirrored art piece we found on Case Western's campus grounds. It was such a great time!

Then we headed over to the College Club of Cleveland. It was a beautiful little house full of charm. A perfect location for an intimate reception. Jennifer & Edgar spent most of their time chatting and being with their families. The only "traditional reception item" on the agenda was the cake cutting. Everyone was so relaxed and happy. It was just an absolute pleasure to be there!

The McCray Family

I met the McCray Family last year in Olmsted Falls. Originally we wanted to hang at the beach but unfortunately it was a bit cold for summer clothes. So we hung out at Lakewood Park this time. I always have so much fun with this family. The kids LOVE to have a good time, as do I. We watched squirrels, well really we chased them. And had a great time exploring!

Erin & Pete's E-session

I hung out with Erin & Pete out at Patterson's Farm on the East side. Despite the rain the day before, it was a gorgeous day. We strolled along chatting and just having a good time. Upon entering the playground, Erin & Pete were attacked by a little blonde boy. LOL. He really really wanted to hang out with them. It was a great day!

Addison's Baby Photos

I photographed Brian & Danielle's Wedding as well as many of their friends throughout the years. So when they asked me to do photos of their new addition, I was so excited to see and work with them again. And also to meet the new little angel in their lives. :-)
