Renee & Carmen: August 25, 2012

Lexi & I joined Renee & Carmen at the Union Club in Downtown Cleveland. We spent the first hour with Renee as she was putting on her finishing touches in the company of her Bridesmaids. Afterwards we started some formal images for the Bride & Groom separately.

 The ceremony was held on the first floor in a beautiful wood paneled room with a giant fireplace at the front. I was so excited to be present during this ceremony because I spent time with Carmen & Renee for their e-session and really saw how very much they love each other. The ceremony was a reflection of that love. It was just beautiful!

 Afterwards we stepped outside for a few photos before the reception. I had such fun hanging out with the Bridal Party. They were a really adventurous bunch and willing to do just about anything for Carmen & Renee. It was a wonderful experience!

 The reception started off with some funny entrance dance moves which lead into Carmen & Renee's first dance. I love how much Carmen & Renee like to kiss. I caught them kissing quite a few times throughout the evening. The toasts were filled with heartfelt and funny sentiments. You could tell how much their friends think of them both. They are just a really kind sweet couple. As always, the Union Club's food was stellar. And I love the lights on the dance floor. The Father of the Bride didn't dance so he gave a special speech to the couple. And the Groom danced with his Mom. Then the dance party started. It was just a really beautiful heartfelt Wedding in every aspect. It was such a pleasure to be there!

 Congratulations Carmen & Renee. I wish you many many happy eternities together!

Karen & Bobby: August 18, 2012

We had an absolutely gorgeous day for Bobby & Karen's Wedding. I had never been to Church of the Savior in Cleveland Heights before but I definitely want to go back. It was just beautiful! We started the day out photographing Karen's Getting Ready images in the church. Everyone was so helpful and lovely to work with. After the ceremony started and Karen was walking down the aisle, I loved watching Bobby's face. Its so amazing to view the world through a camera. You see so much that other's miss, but I don't think anyone could miss Bobby's huge smile. They were so cute during the ceremony. Lots of little laughing moments and loving looks. :-) After formals at the church, we went Downtown to Voinovich Park. The sky was just amazing. And I love being able to get up high or get really low looking up at my clients. It makes for some creative imagery. Then we traveled over to the Red Bridge in the Flats. Its one of my favorite places to shoot so I was thrilled that Bobby & Karen wanted to go there. I had so much fun getting to know the Bridal Party. We all just joked and had a great time! Then we drove to Massimo's over on W.25th St. I actually photographed my VERY first Wedding there. The lighting is wonderful so I was thrilled to be there again. The Best Man gave a hilarious and heartfelt speech. The Maid of Honor almost brought me to tears with her love of this wonderful couple. Then we had AWESOME food. Afterwards all the special dances happened. Karen's Dad made her laugh with joy. And Bobby's Mom let loose her tears. So beautiful. When the regular dancing started, Bobby shows us he's not just a pretty face. But a pretty face with boy band tendencies. :-) It was totally AWESOME! Thank you so much for sharing your day with me. Jaxon's Family

I joined Jaxon, Riki & Jason at the Akron Zoo for a fun-filled day of animals & smiles.  It was so exciting to meet the new addition to their family.  Jaxon is so adorable.  And when he smiles, everyone melts.  We had such a nice time walking through the Zoo and playing with Jaxon.  :-)

Marta & Enrique's Maternity Session

It is always a pleasure to work with Marta & Enrique. They are just two of the nicest people you could ever meet. I was so excited to spend time with the beautifully pregnant Marta and her Family. I just love hanging out with the Dempsey clan! So I was thrilled when Rosella asked me to photograph a few family pix for them. And also to do Maura's Senior Photos. We had a grand time walking around Chagrin Falls & chatting. We ended the session with a bit of rain and Jeni's Ice Cream. Yum! Tina & Wes: August 11, 2012

I met Wes about 3 years ago as a Groomsmen at Danielle & Brian's Wedding. Then I met Tina & Wes a few years ago at Emily & Aarron's Wedding. So I was totally ecstatic when they booked me for their Wedding! I joined them at DeLuca's Place in the Park for their Wedding Day. We started out the day photographing formal images of the ladies and then the guys. Afterwards the Ceremony started. It was so fun to watch Wes & Tina's faces as they saw one another for the first time. :-) Afterwards we escaped to a field over beside Deluca's for some fun & romantic images. And I was not disappointed about the fun part. Handlebar kept us all laughing. Then we headed back to DeLuca's for the party. It was such a fun evening. I was able to see both of my past couples from previous Weddings. And watching Tina & Wes in love was just a beautiful thing!
